Impressed Current Cathodic Protection(ICCP)

ICCP Control Cabinet

Core anti-corrosion controller for ships and offshore facilities, the ICCP cabinet is built for marine use. It supplies adjustable stable DC current to protect hull steel, stern shafts and propellers. With constant potential/current dual modes, it features auto regulation, fault diagnosis, data logging and remote monitoring. It sustains steady protective potential to prevent corrosion and marine fouling, securing vessel operation and prolonging equipment lifespan.

Multiple options: 20A/40A/80A/120A

Auxiliary Anode

Key ICCP parts, auxiliary anodes transmit stable protective current in seawater to form full circuits for hull and offshore corrosion prevention. Made of high anti-corrosion material, they provide uniform current, low loss and strong seawater resistance with long service life. Matched with control cabinets, they enhance protection and extend equipment service life.

Product Types: Cantilever Auxiliary Anode, Mounted Auxiliary Anode, Flange Auxiliary Anode, Deep Well Auxiliary Anode

Reference Electrode

A vital ICCP sensor, reference electrodes collect real-time hull potential signals and feed data back to control cabinets for precise constant-potential adjustment. Featuring stable potential, fast response, accurate measurement and seawater corrosion resistance, they deliver reliable potential monitoring for ships and offshore structures.

Zinc Reference Electrode, Silver/Silver Chloride Reference Electrode, High-Purity Zinc Reference Electrode

Engineer Service

A vital ICCP sensor, reference electrodes collect real-time hull potential signals and feed data back to control cabinets for precise constant-potential adjustment. Featuring stable potential, fast response, accurate measurement and seawater corrosion resistance, they deliver reliable potential monitoring for ships and offshore structures.

Before undocking, engineers issue official service reports for all above works, complete acceptance handover with ship electricians and senior crew, and elaborate daily maintenance & operation precautions of each system.

Marine Growth Prevention System(MGPS)

MGPS Control Box

As the core electrolytic antifouling controller, MGPS control box adjusts Cu-Al/Cu-Ag electrode current to generate antifouling metal ions and stop marine adhesion on seawater facilities. Marine-grade, multi-area adaptable, with parameter regulation, fault monitoring and alarms for reliable seawater circulation.

可按需求定制:2路/4路/6路/10路….

Electrode

MGPS electrodes, matching the control box, are the core execution parts of the anti-marine growth system. Powered electrodes release metal ions to form antifouling layers and prevent marine fouling on seawater pipes and tanks. Made of high-purity Cu-Al/Cu-Ag alloys, they offer seawater corrosion resistance, high electrolytic efficiency and even ion emission. Suitable for all sea zones, simple to mount and keep the vessel’s seawater circulation unimpeded.

Sizes and materials can be customized as required: copper electrodes, aluminum electrodes, iron electrodes...

Fitting Installation & Wiring

MGPS installation fittings are key system supporting parts, providing insulation, sealing and protection for electrodes, control boxes and wiring. Built for humid, hot, corrosive marine environments, they insulate electrodes from the hull, stabilize circuit signals, avoid leakage and electrolysis faults, and boost system installation stability and safety.

Insulating base/flange, insulating gasket, insulating bolt, cable, junction box, epoxy putty, etc.

Engineer Service

Our engineers deliver professional on-site MGPS technical services. We work with shipyards to fit Cu-Al electrodes, run insulation tests, check wiring, test cabinets and simulate operating conditions. We submit service reports before undocking, support owner acceptance, explain maintenance tips and guarantee steady system performance at sea.
